We have set out our policies below so that our intensions are transparently shown allowing all parties to know where they stand. If you have any questions please use our contacts page to contact us.

Payments Policy:

We accept the following payment types:

  • Bank transfers
  • Cash (pickups only)
  • Credit cards (Currently trademe only using Trademe's Paynow service)

Payment is required within 5 working days of the auction closing. Please ask a question on the auction if you need to take longer to pay. Generally this isn't an issue if we know. We do laybuys for larger items on request.

Delivery Policy:

We use Fastway couriers for all of our deliveries (generally without exception). They are insured for all freight to get to your door in good condition. Signature is required on delivery and once signed for they are said to 'be received by you in good condition'. Once you have signed for the goods Fastway and Andrew's Wholesale Electronics's liability has gone (its ok keep reading).

However we reserve the right to take each case as it comes. We are not unreasonable and will try our best to help you. But a simple check of the box can save everyone a lot of hassle!!

Shipping Policy:

Please ask a question if you want to combine shipping with multiple auctions before bidding (however we add recently added a combined shippping option that simplifies this). Most times we can accommodate requests but are limited by what courier company dictates in terms of weight and size. We maybe able to setup a special price around what purchases you want to make.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be processed in extreme circumstances and will incur a %20 restocking fee (inless we are at fault). Shipping costs are always non-refundable. Please choose your purchases carefully and if in doubt ask a question on the auction or sue the contact us page. Sometimes we make mistakes or write something open to interpretation (we try hard not to, but are human!) and are happy to answer any questions on auctions.

Returns Policy:

Warrenty Policy:

All our goods carry a minimum 30 day warranty effective from day of shipping. Further details may be given in an individual auction (some items carry 10 year or longer warrenties.

We want you to have a good experience purchasing from us and will try to help if at all possible. We give additional information with some purchases to help you get the best out of your purchase.

Warranties are all RTB (Return to base) for manufacturing defects. This means you pay the courier to get the faulty good to us, we inspect it. If the product is at fault we will repair, fix, replace as we see fit and pay the return courier to you. If the item is deemed not at fault (maybe caused by you connecting wireing wrong etc) you pay the return courier (failure to do so means the product isn't returned). We want you to have a positive experience and to continue to trade with us. If the product is clearly at fault we may (at our discression) pay for the courier in both directions.

Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or general 'wear and tear' of the product.
